摘要
在传统的建筑暖通设计中,设计师需要处理大量的数据,协调各个子系统的设计,以及在施工和运营阶段面对可能各种出现的问题。这些挑战对设计师的技术水平和项目管理能力提出了更高的要求。而BIM技术作为一种集成建筑信息于全生命周期的数字化平台,它允许多个参与方实时共享、更新和管理建筑模型的数据。文章研究了BIM技术在建筑暖通设计中的应用案例和优势,通过BIM技术实现了不同设计方案的模拟和比较,以评估系统性能和能源效率。
In traditional building HVAC design,designers need to handle a large amount of data,coordinate the design of various subsystems,and face various possible problems during the construction and operation stages.These challenges place higher demands on the technical level and project management ability of designers.As a digital platform that integrates building information throughout the entire lifecycle,BIM technology allows multiple parties to share,update,and manage the data of building models in real-time.The article studies the application cases and advantages of BIM technology in building HVAC design,and simulates and compares different design schemes through BIM technology to evaluate system performance and energy efficiency.
