中医特色护理联合耳穴压豆应用于缺血性脑卒中后失眠患者的效果分析

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with ear acupoint pressing bean in patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke

目的探讨中医特色护理联合耳穴压豆应用于缺血性脑卒中后失眠患者的效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年1月平顶山市中医医院收治的缺血性脑卒中后失眠患者82例作为研究对象,其中男49例(59.76%),女33例(40.24%),按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予耳穴压豆干预,观察组在对照组护理基础上给予中医特色护理,对比分析两组患者临床疗效、睡眠质量及不良情绪。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(95.12%vs.78.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)评分均较干预前降低,且观察组PSQI评分低于对照组[(3.21±1.03)分vs.(7.41±1.65)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文简版(DASS-21)各维度分数均较干预前降低,且观察组分数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理联合耳穴压豆干预应用于缺血性脑卒中后失眠患者可以有效提高临床疗效,改善其睡眠质量,减少不良情绪的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic nursing combined with ear acupoint pressing bean on patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 82 patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke admitted to Pingdingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,including 49 male(59.76%)and 33 females(40.24%).According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given the intervention of ear acupoint pressing bean,and the observation group was given TCM characteristic nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality and negative emotions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.12%vs.78.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was lower than those before intervention,and the PSQI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of the Chinese version of Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(DASS-21)of the two groups were lower than that before intervention,and the scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group[(3.21±1.03)score vs.(7.41±1.65)score],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with ear acupoint pressure bean can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of insomnia patients after ischemic stroke,improve sleep quality and reduce the occurrence of negative emotions.
