认知行为疗法联合药物治疗对老年抑郁症患者心理状态及社会功能的影响

Effects of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with drug therapy on psychological status and social function of elderly patients with depression

目的探究认知行为疗法联合药物治疗对老年抑郁症患者心理状态及社会功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月临沂市中医医院收治的92例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组46例。两组均应用药物治疗,对照组在药物治疗基础上给予支持性心理疗法,观察组在药物治疗基础上给予认知行为疗法,比较两组抑郁情绪[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)]、个人和社会功能[个人和社会功能量表(PSP)]、社会支持[社会支持评定量表(SSRS)]评分。结果治疗后,观察组HAMD评分低于对照组,MoCA、PSP、SSRS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为疗法联合药物治疗老年抑郁症效果显著,可改善患者抑郁症状、认知功能,提升其社会支持及社会功能水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with drug therapy on the psychological state and social function of elderly patients with depression.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with depression admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the ob-servation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with drug therapy,the control group was given supportive psychotherapy on the basis of drug therapy,the observation group was given cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of drug therapy,the scores of depression(Hamilton depression scale[HAMD]),cognitive function(Montreal cognitive assessment[MoCA]),personal and social function(personal and social performance scale[PSP])and social support(social support rating scale[SSRS])were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the HAMD score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the MoCA,PSP and SSRS scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with drugs is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with depression,it can improve the depressive symptoms and cognitive function of patients,and improve their social support and social function,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
