丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的有效性及安全性

Efficacy and safety of fluticasone propionate nasal spray combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis

目的分析丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者的有效性及安全性。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月收治的82例AR患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为常规组(41例,富马酸酮替芬片治疗)和联合组(41例,丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂+富马酸酮替芬片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOS%)及细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平低于常规组,干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、可溶性PD-L1(sPD-L1)及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗AR患者安全且高效。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of fluticasone propionate nasal spray combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 82 AR patients admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into routine group(41 cases,ketotifen fumarate tablets treatment)and combined group(41 cases,fluticasone propionate nasal spray+ketotifen fumarate tablets treatment)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),total immunoglobulin E(TIgE),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)in the combined group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the eosinophil percentage(EOS%)and the level of intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in the combined group were lower than those in the routine group,and the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),soluble PD-L1(sPD-L1)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Fluticasone propionate nasal spray combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets is safe and effective in the treatment of AR patients.
