摘要
目的探讨基于遗忘曲线规律的PDSA循环管理在哮喘儿童吸入技术中的应用效果。方法选择2022年8月至10月在我院呼吸科住院的74例哮喘患儿及其家长作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=36)和试验组(n=38)。对照组实施常规药物吸入技术的健康教育,试验组采用基于遗忘曲线规律的PDSA循环管理吸入技术健康教育。比较两组的应用效果。结果干预后1、3个月,试验组的哮喘药物吸入技术正确率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后1、3个月,试验组患儿家长的哮喘吸入药物知识得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于遗忘曲线规律的PDSA循环管理能有效提高哮喘儿童吸入技术的正确率和家长吸入技术知识得分,进而有助于提高儿童哮喘雾化吸入操作技术的量化与过程管理效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDSA cycle management based on forgetting curve rule in inhalation technology of children with asthma.Methods A total of 74 children with asthma and their parents who were hospitalized in the respiratory department of our hospital from August to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group(n=36)and experimental group(n=38)by random number table method.The control group was given health education of conventional drug inhalation technology,and the experimental group was given health education of PDSA cycle management inhalation technology based on forgetting curve rule.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 and 3 months after intervention,the accuracy of asthma drug inhalation technology in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after intervention,the score of asthma inhalation drug knowledge of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDSA cycle management based on forgetting curve rule can effectively improve the accuracy of inhalation technology in asthmatic children and the score of parents'inhalation technology knowledge,which is helpful to improve the quantification and process management effect of inhalation technique in children with asthma.
