This paper expounds the design and functional implementation of an 8K ultra high definition intelligent fusion terminal based on all IP and all fiber optic broadcasting and television networks.It attempts to connect the user terminal side through the optical network,receive and play 8K ultra high definition live and on-demand videos transmitted through a gigabit IP network.
