高等教育为国家经济社会发展贡献了重要力量,其改革发展与国家社会的进步紧密相关,其理论内涵亦涵盖了多种思维方式。聚焦高等教育理论改革与实践发展的结合点,通过阐述高等教育改革发展的基本哲学原理和思维层次,将辩证思维、结构性思维、顶层设计思维有机联系起来,构建高等教育改革发展的方法论分析框架,搭建理论联系实际的桥梁,并据此进一步分析高等教育改革发展过程中的重大问题,从而探寻高等教育改革领域从理论到实践、再从实践抽象出理论的路径具有重要意义。

Higher education has made significant contributions to the economic and social development of a country,its reform and development are closely related to the progress of national society,and its theoretical connotation also covers various ways of thinking.This article mainly focuses on the intersection of higher education reform theory and development practice.By elaborating on the basic philosophical principles and levels of thought in higher education reform and development,it organically links dialectical thinking,structural thinking,top-level design thinking together.It constructs a methodological analysis framework for higher education reform and development,builds a bridge between theory and practice,based on which it further analyzes major issues in the process of higher education reform and development.Thus exploring the path from theory to practice in higher education reform field then abstracting theory from practice again.
