摘要
以淀粉和硅溶胶为原料,利用化学气相沉积法制备了碳化硅纳米线,并对纳米线的成分、形貌、结构及介电与吸波性能进行了分析与探讨。所制得的纳米线纯度较高、长度较长,形成了网状结构,且纳米线具有较好的吸波性能,在很大范围内均表现突出。
Silicon carbide nanowires were synthesized by chemical vapor deposition using starch and silica sol.The composition,morphology,structure,dielectric and wave absorbing properties of nanowires were analyzed and discussed.The SiC nanowires have high purity,long length and formed a network structure,and the wave absorbing properties of SiC nanowires are outstanding in a wide range.
