摘要
高速道岔的轨道几何不平顺状态能够直观反映其服役性能,开展高速道岔区段轨道几何不平顺状态管理是道岔检养修体系中的重要一环。以高速综合检测列车2023年1月—5月采集得到的检测数据为研究对象,从道岔结构、管理速度、道岔型号、辙叉号角度进行分类,分析当前高速正线道岔铺设概况。以道岔区轨道质量指数为基础,提出能够量化一定检测周期内道岔区段轨道几何整体状态与变化情况的道岔轨道状态指标与波动率指标。最后,以铺设最广的1/18道岔为研究对象,分析主型1/18道岔的轨道几何不平顺状态规律。研究结果为后续应用TQI-T评价高速正线道岔动态轨道几何不平顺状态以及指导道岔区段养护维修等工作奠定基础。
The track geometric irregularity of high speed turnout can directly reflect its service performance,and the management of track geometric irregularity in high speed turnout section is an important part in the turnout inspection,maintenance and repair system.Taking the inspection data collected by the high speed comprehensive inspection train from January to May 2023 as the study object,this paper analyzes the current situation of turnout laying on high speed main line from the perspectives of turnout structure,management speed,turnout model and frog number..Based on the track quality index of turnout area,this paper puts forward the turnout track status index and volatility index that can quantify the overall status and change of track geometry in a certain inspection period.Finally,taking the most widely laid 1/18 turnout as the study object,this paper analyzes the track geometric irregularity pattern of the main type 1/18 turnout.The study results lay a foundation for the subsequent application of TQI-T to evaluate the dynamic track geometric irregularity of turnouts on high speed main line and guide the maintenance and repair of turnout sections.
