制程偏差对电磁力影响机理分析

摘要 不可避免的加工制造偏差会使气隙磁导中引入不对称分量,进而影响电机的性能。主要考虑定子圆度、附加气隙及偏心三个制程因素,分析其对电机电磁力的影响。首先对不同制程因素进行阐述说明,对电机齿槽转矩、电磁径向力的机理展开分析,进一步推算出不同制程偏差下气隙磁导函数,计算出对应情况下电机齿槽转矩、电磁径向力的解析表达式,并结合有限元仿真分析方法,得出不同制程偏差情况下引入的电磁力谐波含量,为后续制程偏差的影响分析提供理论指导。 Due to the inevitable deviation,processing and manufacturing quickly in addition to magnetic introduced asymmetric component,which makes the electromagnetic radial force content more rich.Mainly considering the stator roundness,additional gas in addition to the eccentric and eccentric static and dynamic three process factors,analyzing its influence on electric magnetic force.Of dif ferent process factors on first explains,cogging torque of motor,analyzes the mechanism of the radial force and electromagnetic,further under dif ferent process deviation calculated gas permeance function,and calculate the corresponding cases motor cogging torque,the analytical expressions of radial force.On the basis of given dif ferent process deviation case to introduce the cogging torque,frequency harmonic electromagnetic radial force frequency doubling and order harmonic content,instructions from the mechanism of the influence of dif ferent process deviation on the electromagnetic force.
