连续性血液净化治疗脓毒症的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Continuous Blood Purification for Sepsis

目的:观察连续性血液净化治疗脓毒症的临床效果.方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月六盘水市人民医院收治的80例脓毒症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照基础上给予连续性血液净化治疗.比较两组免疫功能、血压水平及治疗效果.结果:治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006).结论:连续性血液净化治疗脓毒症的临床效果较好,可改善患者免疫功能,降低血压.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of sepsis.Methods:80 cases of sepsis patients admitted to Liupanshui People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 40 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given continuous blood purification treatment on the basis of control.The immune function,blood pressure level and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels were higher than those before treatment in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:The clinical effect of continuous blood purification for sepsis is better,which can improve immune function of sepsis patients and reduce their blood pressure.
