老年患者术后早期肠内营养误吸状况及影响因素分析

Status and Influencing Factors of Early Postoperative Enteral Nutritional Aspiration in Elderly Patients

目的:分析老年患者术后早期肠内营养误吸状况及其影响因素.方法:回顾性分析2021年2月—2022年2月南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院收治的外科手术后需行早期肠内营养的老年(≥65岁)患者140例的临床资料,根据实施肠内营养期间是否发生误吸分为误吸组和未误吸组.采用Logistic回归分析误吸发生情况的影响因素.结果:140例患者中,发生误吸30例,占比21.43%.Logistic回归分析结果显示,营养风险高、昏迷、重度疾病是老年患者术后早期肠内营养发生误吸的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论:营养风险高、昏迷、重度疾病是老年患者术后早期肠内营养发生误吸的独立危险因素,临床治疗时应综合考虑上述因素,防止误吸.

Objective:To analyze the status and influencing factors of early postoperative enteral nutritional aspiration in elderly patients.Methods:The clinical data of one hundred and forty elderly patients(≥65 years old)who required early enteral nutrition after surgery admitted to Huai'an First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from February 2021 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether aspiration occurred during enteral nutrition,the group was divided into aspiration group and non-aspiration group.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of aspiration.Results:Aspiration occurred in 30 of 140 patients(21.43%);logistic regression analysis showed that high nutritional risk,coma and severe disease were independent risk factors for early postoperative aspiration of enteral nutrition in elderly patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:High nutritional risk,coma and severe disease are independent risk factors for early postoperative aspiration of enteral nutrition in elderly patients.The above factors should be considered comprehensively in clinical treatment to prevent aspiration.
