浅析测绘无人机应用标准化体系构建

Discussion on the Construction of Standardization System for Application of UAV for Surveying and Mapping

随着无人机在测绘领域的应用规模不断扩大,如何在测绘应用中更加规范、有序和高效地使用无人机成为当前亟须探索的课题。文章对全国无人机测绘相关标准和技术规程进行了总结和分析,结合其缺陷和市场需求,探讨了测绘无人机应用标准体系建设,提出了急需制修订相关标准的方向和内容,从加强前期技术论证、完善法规体系和考虑技术创新等方面提出建议,为后续相关标准的研制提供指引和参考。

With the continuous expansion of the application scale of UAV in the fi eld of surveying and mapping,how to use UAV more standardized,orderly and effi ciently has become an urgent topic to be explored.This paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant standards and national technical regulations of UAV surveying and mapping,discusses the construction of the application standards system of UAV for surveying and mapping combined with its defects and market demand,puts forward the direction and content of the urgent revision of relevant standards,and puts forward suggestions in the aspects of strengthening the preliminary technical demonstration,improving the legal system and considering technological innovation.It provides guidance and reference for the subsequent standards development on the application of UAV for surveying and mapping.
