全产业链环节下内蒙古鲜牛奶产品质量安全的研究与思考

Research and Refl ection on the Quality and Safety of Inner Mongolia Pasteurized Milk Products in the Whole Industry Chain

近年来,全国奶业需求端驱动力较大,内蒙古已经培育形成了奶业千亿级产业集群,百姓越来越重视鲜牛奶产品的质量安全,迫切需要采用标准化手段提升奶产品安全水平,体现内蒙古鲜牛奶区域特色和产品优势。团体标准T/NMSP.MZB02.06-2023《“蒙”字标畜产品认证要求内蒙古鲜牛奶》从牧场建设、饲草、养殖技术、原料乳、优质农畜产品全产业链环节进行规定,本文结合该团体标准,从内蒙古鲜牛奶的产品质量出发,重点分析不同标准下内蒙古鲜牛奶产地环境、理化质量、卫生安全等指标的差异性,从而助力内蒙古自治区产业转型升级,引领奶业高质量发展。

In recent years,the demand side of the national dairy industry has been driven by a large number of factors,Inner Mongolia has cultivated and formed a hundred-billion-level dairy industry cluster.People are increasingly paying attention to the quality and safety of pasteurized milk products,and there is an urgent need to adopt standardization measures to improve the safety level of milk products,refl ecting the regional characteristics and product advantages of Inner Mongolia’s pasteurized milk.To this end,an association standard T/NMSP.MZB02.06-2023,“Nei Meng Gu Brand”certification requirements of agricultural products—Inner Mongolia Pasteurized Milk,specifies the entire industry chain of pasture construction,forage,breeding technology,raw milk,and high-quality agricultural and animal products.Based on the association standard,this paper starts from the product quality of Inner Mongolia pasteurized milk,and analyzes the differences in indicators such as environment,physical and chemical quality,and health safety of Inner Mongolia pasteurized milk production areas under different standards,in order to help Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s industrial transformation and upgrading,lead the high-quality development of the dairy industry,and promote the revitalization.
