Practices and Thoughts on Standardization Management of Wangting Water Control Project

望亭水利枢纽首批通过水利部标准化评价工程,本文从调度运行、检查观测、维修养护等8个方面探究其标准化建设实践情况,分析了科技创新对标准化管理的助推作用,指出标准化建设中存在技术标准不一、经费不足等困难,并提出进一步加强制度建设等对策建议。希望通过探讨能深化今后的标准化管理工作,并为相关水利工程管理单位提供借鉴。

Wangting water control project is one of the fi rst batch of standardization evaluation projects approved by the Ministry of Water Resources.This paper explores its standardization construction practices in eight aspects,such as scheduling operation,inspection and observation,and maintenance and maintenance,analyzes the boosting effect of scientifi c and technological innovation on standardization management,points out the diffi culties in standardization construction,such as different technical standards and insufficient funds,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen the system construction.It is expected that the discussion can deepen the standardization management work in the future,and provide reference for relevant water conservancy project management units.
