儿童游泳圈中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯皮肤暴露风险评估

Risk Assessment of Skin Exposure to DEHP in Children’s Swimming Rings

为了阐明儿童游泳圈中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)的暴露水平对儿童产生的潜在健康风险,从市场上随机采集了30件儿童游泳圈样品,采用气相色谱-质谱联用方法对样品中DEHP含量进行测定。本文采用暴露模型法对HDPE经皮暴露量进行计算,研究儿童游泳圈中DEHP的暴露水平,并对其潜在健康风险进行评估。结果表明,儿童游泳圈中的DEHP对3~<6岁、6~<9岁、9~<12岁不同年龄段儿童的风险商分别为8.65、3.65和1.80,存在不可忽视的非致癌风险。

In order to elucidate the potential health risks posed to children by the exposure level of bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)in children’s swimming rings,30 samples were randomly collected from the market,and the DEHP content in the samples was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The exposure model method was used to calculate the percutaneous exposure of HDPE,the exposure level of DEHP in children’s swimming rings was studied,and the potential health risk of DEHP was measured.The results showed that the DEHP in children’s swimming rings for children aged 3~6,6~9 and 9~12 are 8.65,3.65 and 1.80,and the non-carcinogenic risk cannot be ignored.
