基于标准化背景下融合教育的教学质量提升探讨

摘要 在不断演变的社会需求下,教育系统既需要确保质量和可比性,又需要关注个性化和创新性,以应对现代社会多元化、快速变化和高度的竞争。标准化教育强调共同的学习目标和评估体系,以确保学生达到一定的学术标准,而融合教育注重学生的个性发展,为不同学生提供定制化的学习体验,这两者的结合可以最大程度地促进教育质量的全面提升。基于此,文章深入分析了融合教育与标准化教育的关联,强调了两者间相互补充的重要性。随后针对基于标准化背景下融合教育的教学质量提升进行探讨,从教师专业发展、教育资源整合以及创新教学方法3个角度阐述了策略与实践,以期为推动标准化背景下融合教育的教学质量提升提供一些建议。 With the constantly evolving social needs,the education system needs to ensure quality and comparability,and focus on personalization and innovation,in order to respond to the characteristics of diversifi cation,rapid change,and high competition in modern society.Standardized education emphasizes common learning goals and evaluation systems to ensure that students meet certain academic standards,while integrated education focuses on students’individual development and provides customized learning experiences for different students.The combination of these two can maximize the comprehensive improvement of education quality.Based on this,this article deeply analyzes the relationship between integrated education and standardized education,emphasizing the importance of mutual complementarity between the two.It conducts the discussion on the improvement of teaching quality in integrated education based on standardization,and elaborates on strategies and practices from three perspectives:professional development of teachers,integration of educational resources,and innovative teaching methods,in order to provide some suggestions on promoting the improvement of teaching quality in integrated education based on standardization.
