妇科肿瘤患者心理护理干预效果研究

Study on the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Gynecological Tumor Patients

目的:分析对妇科肿瘤患者实施心理护理干预的临床效果。方法:将合肥市妇幼保健院收治的符合纳排标准的64例妇科恶性肿瘤患者纳入研究,随机数字表法,将患者分为两组,其中对照组患者32例,采用常规护理模式;观察组患者32例,实施规范化心理护理干预措施。对两组干预方式的效果进行评估,评估指标为:焦虑、抑郁情绪、睡眠质量、生活质量,护理满意度。结果:与干预前进行比较,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分呈下降趋势,且观察组患者变化趋势更明显;与干预前进行比较,不同组别患者的PSQI评分在治疗后有明显降低趋势,SF-36呈升高趋势,观察组患者变化趋势更明显;观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对妇科肿瘤患者实施心理护理干预能改善患者不良心理状态,提高患者睡眠质量和生活质量,患者较为满意。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the implementation of psychological nursing intervention for gynecological tumor patients.Methods:64 patients with gynecologic malignant tumors admitted to Hefei Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital who met the criteria for natriuresis were included in the study,and divided into two groups with random number table method,of which 32 patients in the control group adopted the conventional nursing mode;32 patients in the observation group adopted the standardized psychological nursing interventions.The effect of the intervention mode of the two groups was assessed,and the assessment indexes were:anxiety and depression,sleep quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.Results:Compared with the pre-intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients showed a downward trend,and the trend of change was more obvious in the patients of the observation group;compared with the pre-intervention,the PSQI scores of the patients of the different groups showed a signifi cant trend of decrease after treatment,and SF-36 showed a trend of increase,and the trend of change was more obvious in the patients of the observation group;the satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the standardized procedure of psychological nursing intervention mode for gynecological oncology patients can improve the patients’adverse psychological state,improve the patients’sleep quality and quality of life,with which the patients are more satisfi ed.
