标准化护理对中老年脑梗死患者康复的影响

Infl uence of Standardized Nursing on Rehabilitation of Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析标准化护理对中老年脑梗死患者康复的影响。方法:选取蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院2019年7月至2023年10月接收的50例中老年脑梗死患者,采用数字分配法分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例患者,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用标准化综合护理。对两组护理过程中的日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分、生活质量评分以及护理满意度进行比较。结果:护理后观察组日常生活能力、生活质量各个指标评分以及总满意度显著高于对照组,两组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:标准化护理能够进一步改善中老年脑梗死患者生活能力,提高生活质量,更加容易获得患者及家属的认可,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing on rehabilitation of middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Fifty middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Affi liated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from July 2019 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by digital allocation method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized nursing.The daily living ability rating scale(ADL)score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the daily living ability,quality of life index scores and total satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized comprehensive nursing can further improve the life ability of middleaged and elderly patients with cerebral infarction,improve the quality of life,and more easily obtain the recognition of patients and their families,which has high clinical promotion value.
