高职院校的发展与地方经济社会的发展息息相关,高职院校应与地方政府、企事业单位、社区、村镇等联合起来,实现共同发展。文章在对高职院校服务地方经济社会发展的现状和问题研究的基础上,探索构建高职院校服务地方经济社会发展模式,通过以增强服务地方意识为前提、共建实践基地为基础、以人才引进策略为重点、以教学科研成果转化为动力、以继续教育为支撑、以特色项目为抓手,构建高职院校服务地方经济社会发展模式,让高职院校与地方经济社会发展紧密相连,实现合作共赢。

The development of vocational colleges is closely related to the development of local economy and society.Vocational colleges need to unite with local governments,enterprises and institutions,communities,villages and towns to achieve joint development.Based on the research of the current situation and problems of vocational colleges serving local economic and social development,the paper explores the construction model for vocational colleges to serve local economic and social development.Through the premise of improving local service awareness,building practical bases together,focusing on talent introduction strategies,using teaching and research achievements as driving force,continuing education as support,and taking characteristic projects as the focus,it can build a model for vocational colleges to serve local economic and social development,making vocational colleges closely connected with local economic and social development and achieving win-win cooperation.
