摘要 随着移动通讯设备的不断更新和迅速普及,人工智能技术的迅猛发展以及物联网、区块链技术的不断提高,微信、微博、短视频、直播等新的传播媒介的广泛应用,“直播带货”网络购物商业模式得到井喷式发展。“直播带货”网络购物商业模式在为消费者带来良好的商业购物体验和极大便利的同时,其对消费者知情权的侵犯也日趋严重,规范“直播带货”中的违规行为,对保护消费者知情权具有极大的现实意义。 With the continuous updating and rapid popularization of mobile communication equipments,the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the continuous improvement of Internet of Things and blockchain technology,and the wide application of new media such as WeChat,Weibo,short video,live streaming,the online shopping business model of"live streaming sales"has developed rapidly.It has brought consumers good commercial shopping experience and great convenience. At the same time, its infringement on consumers' right to know is also becoming increasingly serious. It is of great practical significance to standardize the violations in "live streaming sales" and protect consumers' right to know.
