摘要
文章构建2009—2021年河北省数字经济指标体系与就业质量指标体系,运用OLS回归模型定量精准分析指标之间的关系,探析了数字经济快速发展对河北省就业质量影响强度,测算了河北省数字经济和就业质量的发展水平,实证分析检验河北省数字经济发展对就业质量的影响。研究结果表明数字技术的快速发展能够显著影响河北省就业质量,河北省可以采取因市制宜的方法发展数字化技术、强化数字化人才的培育,制定数字就业引导策略,逐步有效提升河北省就业质量。
This study constructs the index system of digital economy and the index system of employment quality in Hebei Province from 2009 to 2021.Using OLS regression model to quantitatively and precisely analyze the relationship between the indicators,it explores the intensity of the impact of the rapid development of digital economy on employment quality in Hebei Province,measuring the development level of digital economy and employment quality in Hebei.It empirically analyzes and examines the impact of the development of digital economy on employment quality in Hebei Province.The results show that the rapid development of digital technology can significantly affect employment quality in Hebei Province.It can develop digital technology in accordance with the conditions of the city,strengthen the cultivation of digital talents and formulate digital employment guidance strategy to gradually and effectively improve employment quality in Hebei Province.
