摘要 近年来,国内酒店业蓬勃发展,同行竞争也日益激烈。作为酒店业的核心竞争力——品牌管理,在相当多的酒店中频频出现问题。在现代酒店管理中,品牌管理占据了十分重要的地位,为了在市场竞争中获得一席之地,酒店应构建合理的品牌管理机制。文章分析了当代酒店品牌管理面临的挑战,结合实际提出酒店品牌管理的优化路径,旨在为同行业酒店管理提供有价值的参考。 In recent years,the domestic hotel industry has flourished and competition among peers has become increasingly fierce.As the core competitiveness of the hotel industry,brand management has frequently encountered problems in many hotels.In modern hotel management,brand management occupies the vital position. In order to gain a foothold in market competition, hotels should establish the rational brand management mechanism. The article analyzes the challenges faced by contemporary hotel brand management. It proposes optimization paths for hotels based on reality, which aims to provide valuable references for hotel management in the industry.
