注册制改革效果研究文献综述--基于定价效率视角

Literature Review on the Effect of Registration System Reform: Based on the Perspective of Pricing Efficiency

全面推行注册制对深化资本市场改革有着深远意义,其在定价效率上的改革效果至关重要。文章基于定价效率视角,总结注册制改革内容特征及各板块差异性内容,按照科创板、创业板以及多板块研究划分文献,并分别立足于一级市场和二级市场梳理分析注册制改革对定价效率的影响和作用机制,在归纳总结研究结论的基础上进一步提出可能的研究内容。

The comprehensive implementation of the registration system has far-reaching significance for deepening the reform of the capital market,and its reform effect on pricing efficiency is crucial.Based on the perspective of pricing efficiency,this paper summarizes the content characteristics of registration system reform and the differences among different sectors,divides the literature according to the science and technology innovation board,growth enterprise board and multi-sector research,analyzes the impact and mechanism of registration system reform on pricing efficiency based on the primary market and secondary market respectively,and further proposes possible research content on the basis of summarizing the research conclusions.
