重庆解放碑步行街更新改造的规划探索与实践

Planning Exploration and Practice of Renewal and Reconstruction of Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street in Chongqing Municipality

重庆解放碑步行街是全国知名的商业街区,历史悠久、文化发达、交通便利、商业繁荣。但随着时代发展,解放碑步行街也开始面临功能业态老化、文化传承不足、人车矛盾突出、环境品质不佳等问题。2018年,解放碑步行街入选全国首批步行街改造提升试点,在充分挖掘和整合自身资源基础上,顺应新时代商业街区转型升级趋势,从提高商业质量、促进文化传承、完善交通功能、提升街区形象和建设智慧商圈五个方面开展一系列的规划探索与实践,使老商业区再次焕发新的活力。

Jiefangbei pedestrian street is a well-known commercial district in China.It has a long history,developed culture,convenient transportation,and prosperous commerce.However,with the development of the times,Jiefangbei pedestrian street has also begun to face problems such as aging functions and business forms,insufficient cultural inheritance,prominent contradiction between people and vehicles,and poor environmental quality.In 2018,Jiefangbei pedestrian street was selected as one of the first batches of pedestrian street reconstruction and improvement projects in China.Based on fully tapping and integrating its resources,it followed the transformation and upgrading trend of commercial blocks in the new era,and carried out a series of planning exploration and practice from five aspects:improving commercial quality,promoting cultural inheritance,improving traffic functions,enhancing block image and building smart business circles,which has revitalized the old commercial district.
