摘要
在自然成长的教养方式主导下,农村家庭祖辈对孙辈完全隔代抚养呈现出重养轻育的特征。由于教育主体作用力量分散、祖辈自身重养轻教的观念及家庭教育与学校教育的脱节,导致祖辈完全隔代抚养的农村留守儿童家庭教育质量不佳、留守儿童自主学习能力欠缺、学业成就相对滞后等结果。为纾解农村留守儿童面临的教育困境,实现立德树人的教育目标,应以乡村振兴为抓手,利用多元化教育主体协同育人优势,借助家校互动优化农村祖辈的教养方式,为留守儿童有针对性地提供科学的学习方法,激发他们学习的主观能动性,最终有效提升农村地区留守儿童的教育质量。
Under the guidance of natural upbringing style,the completely intergenerational rearing of rural grandparents presents the characteristics of valuing upbringing over educating.Due to the dispersed role of educating subjects,grandparents’concept of valuing upbringing over educating,and the lack of cooperation with school and education,the quality of left-behind children’s family education is not good,the autonomous learning ability of rural left-behind children is inadequate,and there is a lag in their academic achievements.In order to alleviate the educational difficulties of rural left-behind children and achieve the educational goal of fostering virtue through education,it is necessary to take rural revitalization as the starting point,make the best of multiple subjects for collaborative education,optimize the rearing style of rural grandparents through family-school interaction,provide targeted scientific learning methods for left-behind children,and stimulate students’subjective initiative in learning,so as to ultimately effectively improve the quality of education for rural left-behind children.
