数智时代乡村教师数字化教研能力提升路径探析

摘要 为探析乡村教师数字化教研能力提升路径,通过整理文献梳理出数字化教研能力的时代概念,发现在提升乡村教师数字化教研能力的过程中存在乡村教师革新动力弱化、教研活动培养模式单一化以及教研运行机制管理形式化的现实困境,严重制约了乡村教师的数字化教研实践。进一步发掘造成困境的原因,主要在于乡村教师自我发展驱动力不足、教研活动供需不匹配和研训体系改革不彻底等方面。为此,建议强化乡村教师的精神引领与物质保障,建设专项激励机制,以深化乡村教师数字化教研意识;深度融合数字技术,构建研训一体化新模式,以精进乡村教师数字化教研操作技能;完善监督与评估机制,打造优质教研生态,以促进乡村教师持续产出数字教研成果。 In order to explore the path of improving rural teachers’digital teaching and research ability,the concept of digital teaching and research ability is identified by sorting out the literature,and it is found that in the process of improving the digital teaching and research ability of rural teachers,there are practical dilemmas such as the weakening of rural teachers’innovation motivation,the single training mode of research and training activities and the formal management of the operation mechanism of teaching and research,which seriously restrict the digital teaching and research practice of rural teachers.Furthermore,the main reasons for the dilemma are found to be the lack of self-development driving force of rural teachers,the mismatch between supply and demand of research and training activities and the incomplete reform of research and training system.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the material support and spiritual guidance of rural teachers,build special incentive mechanism to deepen the awareness of digital teaching and research of rural teachers,deeply integrate digital technology,build a new model of research and training integration to improve the operation skills of digital teaching and research of rural teachers,improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism and build high-quality teaching and research ecology to promote the continuous output of digital teaching and research achievements of rural teachers.
