基于多数据采集的电力线路作业安全管控技术研究

摘要 电力线路作业属于野外高风险作业,作业过程受环境影响较大,传统安全管控方式完全依靠现场作业人员经验,存在作业安全难以保证的问题。为提高电力线路作业安全性,某油田电网通过对作业过程中的风险要素进行评估,针对关键因素采取信息化手段对作业过程中的环境参数、线路状态、安全措施、现场视频、作业流程等数据进行监控,实现了作业前的安全评估、作业过程流程管控和图像智能识别,纠正危险作业260多次,提升了安全管控水平。 Power line operation is a high-risk operation in the field,and the operation process is greatly affected by the environment.The traditional safety control method completely relies on the experience of field operators,and the operation safety is difficult to guarantee.In order to improve the safety of power line operation,the risk factors in the operation process were evaluated in an oil field power grid,and the environmental parameters,line status,safety measures,on-site video,operation process and other data in the operation process by means of information technology according to the key factors were monitored.The safety assessment,operation process control and image intelligent recognition before operation were realized,more than 260 dangerous operations were corrected,and the level of safety control was improved.
