Starting from the concept of risk warning,the difference between risk warning and risk monitoring,various risk warning ideas and existing problems applied by domestic and foreign enterprises in practice were comprehensively sorted out.The needs of enterprises for forward-looking risk warning were elaborated on,and the work ideas of risk warning and its specific applications in pollutant emission management were explored and summarized.
