摘要
为满足家居智能化需求,拟推出的智能叠衣机可以解决衣物折叠工作量增加且过程繁杂的问题,首先根据设计要求确定装置的整体结构;采用模块化设计思想进行传衣机构、取衣机构、叠衣机构、分类存放机构和消毒机构的结构设计,环形导轨式传衣机构在节约空间的同时可提高效率,机械爪式取衣机构最大程度提高抓取的灵活性,采用可翻转的叠衣板模拟人工叠衣过程,实现简单、高效的叠衣。最后在SolidWorks环境中完成虚拟样机设计,验证了设计结构的可行性。最后编写了控制软件,进行在线联机系统程序功能测试,结果能够满足叠衣机功能需求,为后期实物设计、制作提供参考。
To meet the needs of home intelligence,intelligent folding machines was designed that can solve the problem of increasing workload and complex process of clothes folding.Firstly,the overall structure of the device was determined according to design requirements.Then,the structure design of the clothing transfer mechanism,clothing retrieval mechanism,folding mechanism,classification storage mechanism,and disinfection mechanism were carried out in functional modules.The circular guide rail type clothing transfer mechanism can save space while improving efficiency,while the mechanical claw type clothing retrieval mechanism maximizes the flexibility of grasping.A flippable stacking board is used to simulate the manual stacking process,achieving simple and efficient clothing stacking.Finally,the virtual prototype design was completed in the SolidWorks environment,verifying the feasibility of the design structure.The control software has been finished and functional testing of online system programs has been conducted.It meets the design requirements,and provides reference for the later physical design and production.
