渝东北甘薯产业现状及发展建议

Current Situation and Development Suggestions of Sweet Potato Industry in Northeast Chongqing

通过查阅渝东北11个区县甘薯生产和品种应用情况,对甘薯产业现状进行分析。根据甘薯产业发展趋势,提出渝东北甘薯产业发展及品种推广建议:积极引进培育甘薯加工企业,大力开发甘薯精深加工新产品;因地制宜选择种植品种,建立健全种薯种苗繁育体系;统筹推进产业一体化发展,加大政策扶持和科技服务力度。

By consulting the production and variety application of sweet potato in 11 districts and counties in Northeast Chongqing,the current situation of sweet potato industry was analyzed.Based on the development trend of sweet potato industry,suggestions for the development and variety promotion of sweet potato industry in Northeast Chongqing were proposed as follows:actively introducing and cultivating sweet potato processing enterprises,and vigorously developing new products for sweet potato intensive processing;selecting planting varieties according to local conditions and establish and improving the seed tuber and seedling breeding system of sweet potato;comprehensively promoting the development of industrial integration,and increasing policy support and scientific and technological services.
