摘要
对内生菌在病虫害防治方面的专利成果进行研究,以便更好地将专利成果应用于农业生产。利用innojoy专利数据库,通过对专利数量、专利申请人、专利申请地域、专利申请技术领域等主要专利指标分析,探讨内生菌在病虫害防治方面的专利申请全球发展趋势,并进一步挖掘该领域的应用价值。内生菌病虫害领域全球Top 10专利申请人主要集中在德国和美国的公司,申请了大量专利,属于实力最强的竞争对手,是最值得关注的申请人。另外,来自中国的华南农业大学的专利数量进入全球Top 10,在该领域的专利DPI综合实力非常好,未来发展潜力很大。中国、美国、韩国3国是内生菌在病虫害防治方面的主要专利申请受理国家。技术研究方向主要包括C12N1、A01N63、C05G3,是技术领域值得关注的方向。今后可以在更多的热点技术领域进行研发及成果转化,让更多的研究成果应用于农业生产。
Patent achievement of endophyte in pest control were researched,in order to better apply these patents to agriculture production.We analyzed number of patens,patent applicants,territory of patent application,patent application technology field by using innojoy patent database,explored global development trend of patent application on endophyte in pest control,and further dig application value of patent.The global Top 10 of patent applicants of endophyte in pest control were mainly from German companies and American companies,which had applied for a large number of patents and were among the strongest competitors and the most noteworthy applicants.In addition,the number of patents of South China Agricultural University in China entered the Top10 in the world,which had a strong comprehensive strength of patent in this field,with great potential for future development.China,the United States and South Korea were the main patent applicants for endophytic bacteria in pest control.Technical research directions mainly included C12N1,A01N63 and C05G3,which were noteworthy directions in the technical field.Invention and results transformation could be carried out in more hot technology fields in the future,and more research results could be applied to agricultural production.
