国Ⅵ升级过程车用汽油辛烷值分布特点及原因分析

摘要 通过对车用汽油产品研究法辛烷值(RON)数据进行量化分析,对其质量整体水平、来源分布等特性进行评价,结果发现,在国家推行车用汽油国Ⅵ标准,下调车用汽油中的烯烃、芳烃等高辛烷值组分上限含量的背景下,生产端和销售企业面向市场销售的车用汽油RON并未明显降低,RON处于低质量风险水平并保持稳定。分析不同牌号车用汽油RON数据发现,部分产品质量过剩,相较于92号车用汽油,95号车用汽油RON过剩更显著,流通领域车用汽油RON质量过剩比炼厂自产车用汽油更显著。综合认为,我国车用汽油在保证产品质量的前提下,仍存在可调整配方添加比的空间。 Through quantitative analysis on the octane number of auto gasoline products and evaluation of its overall quality level and regional distribution,it's found that although the implementation of the national VI standard for motor gasoline and the reduction of the upper limit content of high-octane components such as olefins and aromatics in motor gasoline,the octane number of motor gasoline sold by production and sales enterprises to the market has not been significantly reduced,and RON is at a low quality risk level and remains stable.Through the analysis of octane number data of different product brands,it is found that some products have excess quality.The excess octane number of 95 motor gasoline is more significant than that of 92 motor gasoline,and the excess octane number of motor gasoline in circulation field is more significant than that of self-produced motor gasoline in refinery.It is concluded from this study that there is still room to adjust the formula addition ratio of the auto gasoline products under the premise of ensuring product quality.
