某化验室酸性废气治理工程设计与应用

摘要 根据某化验室酸性废气组成成分,遵从国家环保法律法规、标准规范,设计该化验室酸性废气治理方案。选用离心通风设施收集酸性废气,再选择酸碱中和法处理酸性废气,达标后再排放到大气当中。不仅能够满足日常使用需求,也显著改善周边大气质量,有利于保护员工身心健康。 According to a chemistry lab acid gas composition,comply with relevant national laws,standards,specifications,a treatment plan for acidic waste gas in the laboratory is designed.Using centrifugal ventilation to collect acid gas,and then choose acid and alkali neutralization processing to neutralize acid gas,and discharge the acidic waste gas into the atmosphere after reaching the standard,the project can not only meet the demand of daily use,but also significantly improve the quality of atmosphere.It is conducive to protect the staff's physical and mental health.
