慕课教学模式联合案例教学法在泌尿外科培训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨慕课教学模式联合案例教学法在泌尿外科培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2023年6月新疆医科大学第一附属医院泌尿中心三病区进行培训的80名医生作为研究对象,将2020年6月—2021年12月接受培训者作为对照组,2022年1月-2023年6月接受培训者作为观察组,每组40名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组在传统教学模式基础上应用慕课教学模式联合案例教学法。比较两组学员理论与实操考核成绩、教学满意度以及教学评价。结果观察组学员理论与实操考核成绩、教学满意度以及教学评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科学员应用慕课教学模式联合案例教学法可保证学员对理论实操知识的理解掌握,提高学员的学习主动性、参与性与教学质量满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of the application of Moocs teaching mode combined with case teaching method in urology surgery training.Methods A total of 80 doctors who underwent training in the third ward of urology center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.Those who received training from June 2020 to December 2021 were classified as the control group,and those who received training from January 2022 to June 2023 were classified as the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,while the observation group applied Moocs teaching mode combined with case teaching method on the basis of traditional teaching mode.Compared the theoretical and practical assessment scores,teaching satisfaction and teaching evaluation of the two groups.Results The theoretical and practical examination results,teaching satisfaction and teaching evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Moocs teaching mode combined with case teaching method for urology trainees can ensure trainees'understanding of theoretical and practical knowledge,improve trainees'learning initiative,participation and satisfaction with teaching quality.
