Seminar联合CBL教学模式在眼科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果

摘要 目的眼科住院医师规范化培训实施Seminar联合“基于案例”教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)的作用。方法选取2022年1—12月潍坊医学院附属医院眼科中心接受培训的学员50名为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=25,传统培训)和观察组(n=25,Seminar联合CBL)。比较两组实践应用效果。结果两组的考核成绩比较,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的积极性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的自我效能感、满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论Seminar联合CBL的模式可以在眼科培训中起重要作用,调动学员积极性,提升其自我效能感、满意度,有临床实践的价值。 Objective To analyze the effect of standardized training Seminar for ophthalmology residents combined with"case-based learning"(CBL).Methods 50 trainees who received training at the Ophthalmology Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups using the random number table method,the control group(n=25,traditional training)and the observation group(n=25,Seminar combined with CBL).The effect of practice application was compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the assessment scores of the two groups,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the motivation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the observation group's self-efficacy and satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Seminar combined CBL mode can play an important role in ophthalmology training,mobilize the enthusiasm of students,improve their self-efficacy and satisfaction,and have the value of promoting practice.
