护理质量控制在医院消毒供应室管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Quality Control in Hospital Disinfection Supply Room Management

目的探究护理质量控制在医院消毒供应室管理中的应用效果。方法选取乌兰察布市中心医院消毒供应室的17名护理人员作为研究对象,2022年1月—2023年8月实施护理质量控制管理,作为观察组,2021年1—12月实施基础管理措施,对照组。比较两组的管理质量评分、器械清洗包装质量合格率以及理论与实践知识考核评分情况。结果观察组管理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的理论知识考核评分、实践知识考核评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医院消毒供应室的质量控制工作中实施护理质量控制措施,护理人员认知能够得到提升,对护理工作责任心更强,提升护理专业素养,护理效果更好,灭菌消毒措施得到落实。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality control in hospital disinfection supply room management.Methods Seventeen nurses from the disinfection supply room of Ulanqab Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.The nursing quality control management implemented from January 2022 to August 2023 was taken as the observation group,and the basic management measures implemented from January to December 2021 were taken as the control group.The score of management quality,the qualified rate of equipment cleaning and packaging quality and the score of theoretical and practical knowledge assessment were compared between the two groups.Results The management quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rates of cleaning,packaging and sterilization in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing quality control measures in the quality control work of hospital disinfection supply rooms can enhance the awareness of nursing staff,enhance their sense of responsibility for nursing work,enhance their professional nursing literacy,improve nursing effectiveness,and implement sterilization and disinfection measures.
