手术室医疗器械严格质量管理策略分析

Analysis of Strict Quality Management Strategy of Medical Instruments in Operating Room

目的分析手术室医疗器械严格质量管理策略的干预效果。方法便利选取2021年1月—2022年12月歙县人民医院的39名手术室工作人员为研究对象。2021年1—12月针对手术室里的设备管理采用常规管理策略为干预前组,2022年1—12月针对手术室的器械管理实施严格质量管理的策略为干预后组。分析两组的手术室器械管理质量,对比两组手术室器械管理质量绩效考核评分。结果干预后组器械清洗合格率(98.33%)、消毒灭菌合格率(98.00%)、器械外包装合格率(99.00%)、器械发放合格率(100.00%)均高于干预前组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后组工作人员手术室器械管理质量绩效考核评分明显高于干预前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对手术器械的质量控制,可在预防和控制中发挥更大作用,提升手术室器械的管理工作质量,对加强预防和控制感染方面的工作具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of strict quality management strategy of medical instruments in operating room.Methods Conveniently selected 39 operating room staff of Shexian People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as the study objects.The pre-intervention group adopted conventional management strategies for equipment management in the operating room from January to December 2021,and the post-intervention group implemented strict quality management strategies for equipment management in the operating room from January to December 2022.The operating room instrument management quality of the two groups was analyzed,and the performance assessment scores of the operating room instrument management quality of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of instrument cleaning(98.33%),disinfection and sterilization(98.00%),and the qualified rate of instrument packaging(99.00%)and the qualified rate of instrument distribution(100.00%)in the post-intervention group were higher than those in the pre-intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of operating room instrument management quality performance assessment in the post-intervention group was significantly higher than that in the pre-intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the quality control of surgical instruments can play a greater role in prevention and control,and improve the quality of management of operating room instruments,which is of great significance to enhance the prevention and control of infection.
