探析持续质量改进在新时期精神专科医院卫生管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement in Health Management of Psychiatric Hospital in New Period

目的针对新时期精神专科医院卫生管理采取持续质量改进的应用效果展开分析和研究。方法选取2022年1月—2023年10月滨州市优抚医院30名院工作人员为研究对象,根据管理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组在2022年1—12月采用常规方法,观察组在2023年1—10月采用持续质量改进方法。对比分析两组管理质量评分、管理效果、管理价值评分。结果观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理效果优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组管理价值评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过开展持续质量改进,可以显著提升精神专科医院卫生管理质量,其管理效果较好,具有较高的管理价值。

Objective To analyze and study the application effect of continuous quality improvement in health management in psychiatric hospitals in the new period.Methods A total of 30 staff from Binzhou Special Care Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods.The control group was subjected to conventional methods from January to December 2022,and the observation group was subjected to continuous quality improvement methods from January to October 2023.Management quality score,management effect and management value score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management effect of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The management value score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By carrying out continuous quality improvement,the health management quality of psychiatric hospitals can be significantly improved.Its management effect is btter,and it has high management value.
