PDCA循环法在医院感染管理中的应用研究

Application of PDCA Cycle in Nosocomial Infection Management

目的探讨PDCA循环管理方案在预防及控制医院感染中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年1—6月山东省泰安市中心医院分院院内常规预防及控制感染管理的90名医务人员作为管理前,2019年7—12月实施PDCA管理的同批医务人员作为管理后;比较PDCA实施前后科室感染情况、环境卫生学监测情况、医务人员操作合格情况以及医务人员对PDCA管理模式的满意度情况。结果管理前,各科室医院感染发病率为6.10%,明显高于PDCA管理后的1.19%,环境卫生学监测以及重点科室监测合格率分别为94.81%、95.19%明显低于PDCA管理后的99.19%、99.42%,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。PDCA管理后的手卫生合格情况以及理论知识考核情况均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。PDCA管理后医务人员对管理的满意度为97.78%,明显高于PDCA管理前的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式能够有效降低科室感染风险,改善病房环境卫生,提高医务人员的操作能力及对管理的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management scheme in preventing and controlling nosocomial infection.Methods A total of 90 medical staff with routine prevention and control of infection management in the branch hospital of Tai'an Central Hospital of Shandong Province from January to June 2019 were randomly selected as pre-management,and the same batch of medical staff with PDCA management from July to December 2019 were selected as post-management.The infection status,environmental hygienic monitoring,qualified operation of medical staff and satisfaction of medical staff with PDCA management mode were compared before and after the implementation of PDCA.Results Before management,incidednce of nosocomial infection in all department was 6.10%,which was significantly higher than the 1.19%after PDCA management.The qualified rates of environmental hygienic monitoring and key department testing were 94.81%and 95.19%,respectively,which were significantly lower than the 99.19%and 99.42%after PDCA management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The qualified hand hygiene and theoretical knowledge assessment after PDCA management were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of medical staff with PDCA management was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than 84.44%before PDCA management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management mode can effectively reduce the risk of infection in the department,improve the environmental health of the ward,improve the operation ability of medical staff and the satisfaction of management.
