研究精细化管理在提升疫苗管理及接种服务中的应用价值

Application Value of Refined Management in Improving Vaccine Management and Vaccination Services

目的探讨精细化管理在提升疫苗管理及接种服务中的应用价值。方法选取2022年3月—2023年5月滕州市疾病预防控制中心的20名医务人员为研究对象,按投掷硬币法分为两组。参照组(n=10)采用传统方式管理,研究组(n=10)采用精细化管理方式管理。比较两组流程满意评分、服务态度满意评分、总体评价满意评分、疫苗出入库扫码率以及疫苗出入库差错率。结果研究组流程满意评分、服务态度满意评分、总体评价满意评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组疫苗出入库扫码率高于参照组,疫苗出入库差错率低于参照组,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。干预前,两组疫苗出入库时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组疫苗出入库时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疾病预防控制中心以及接种门诊中,合理展开精细化管理工作,可将疫苗管理人员的工作强度显著减轻,将工作效率显著提升,可将受试者的总体满意度显著提升,进一步说明精细化管理工作的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of refined management in improving vaccine management and vaccination services.Methods 20 medical staff of Tengzhou City Center for Disease Control and Prevention from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups according to the coin toss method.The reference group(n=10)was managed in the traditional way and the research group(n=10)was managed in the refined management way.The two groups were compared in terms of process satisfaction scores,service attitude satisfaction scores,overall evaluation satisfaction scores,vaccine entry/exit sweep rates,and vaccine entry/exit error rates.Results The process satisfaction score,service attitude satisfaction score,and overall evaluation satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the study group,the vaccine entry and exit sweep rate was higher than that of the reference group,and the vaccine entry and exit error rate was lower than that of the reference group,and the differences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups when comparing the time of vaccine entry and exit(P>0.05);after the intervention,the time of vaccine entry and exit of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the centers for disease control and prevention and in vaccination clinics,the reasonable implementation of refined management can significantly reduce the work intensity of vaccine managers,significantly improve the work efficiency,and significantly improve the overall satisfaction of subjects,further demonstrating the application value of refined management.
