This paper started with the characteristics and principles of hospital consumables procurement and analyzed the problems in medical consumables procurement planning,operation process,acceptance management,supplier evaluation and file management of medical consumables procurement in combination with the current situation of hospital consumables procurement management.Adhere to the problem-oriented exploration of hospital medical consumables procurement management countermeasures and optimization paths,aimed at solving the problem of medical consumables waste,low utilization rate,in order to improve the efficiency of hospital medical consumables procurement management.
