摘要
目的基于现代学徒制简析中职药剂专业《药理学》教学改革策略。方法将山东医药技师学院制药工程学院中职药剂专业临床实习学生40名纳入本次研究中,在2021年1—12月作为对照组(实施传统教学模式)、将2022年1—12月作为观察组(实施基于现代学徒制教学),每组20例,对比两组的考核成绩、教学满意度。结果和对照组相比,观察组教学成绩得分及教学满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于现代学徒制教学在中职药剂专业《药理学》教学改革策略中具有较高的应用价值,能够改变以往的教学结构,提高教学质量,使学生的职业能力得到培养。
Objective To explore the teaching reform strategy of Pharmacology in pharmaceutical major of secondary vocational school based on modern apprenticeship system.Methods 40 students of secondary vocational pharmacy in School of Pharmaceutical Engineering,Shandong Medical Technician College were included in the study.The patients were selected as the control group from January to December 2021(traditional teaching mode was implemented)and the observation group from January to December 2022(modern apprenticeships based teaching was implemented),with twenty cases in each group.Teaching scores and teaching satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher teaching scores and the teaching satisfaction,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Based on modern apprenticeship teaching,it has high application value in the teaching reform strategy of Pharmacology for pharmaceutical major in secondary vocational schools,which can change the previous teaching structure,improve the teaching quality,and cultivate students'vocational ability.
