儿童保健服务规范化培训的方法及效果研究

A Study on the Method and Effectiveness of Standardized Training for Child Health Services

目的探讨儿童保健服务规范化培训的具体方法以及获得的应用效果。方法对2022年2月—2023年4月平邑县妇幼保健院的40名儿科在岗医生展开研究,依据投掷硬币法分组,参照组(20名)采用常规培训措施,研究组(20名)采用规范化培训措施。比较两组医生的专业能力评分、医生考核成绩评分、培训工作总满意度。结果研究组儿科在岗医生各项专业能力评分、理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩以及培训工作总满意度均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论儿童保健服务中,同常规培训方法比较,有效应用规范化培训方法,可保证对医生系列知识的深入了解,显著提高医生的专业能力、分析能力、问题解决能力以及语言能力,并且获得较高的培训满意度。

Objective To explore the specific methods of standardized training of child health services and the application effects obtained.Methods A study was conducted on 40 on-the-job pediatric doctors in Pingyi County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to April 2023.They were divided into groups according to coin tossing method.The reference group(n=20)adopted routine training measures,while the research group(n=20)adopted standardized training measures.The score of professional ability,the score of doctors'assessment and the total satisfaction of training work were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of professional ability,theoretical knowledge,practical operation and total satisfaction with training of pediatric doctors in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional training methods,the effective application of standardized training methods in child health care services can ensure the in-depth understanding of doctors'knowledge,significantly improve doctors'professional ability,analytical ability,problem-solving ability and language ability,and obtain higher training satisfaction.
