同伴互助模式在医学高校临床青年教师培训中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的分析同伴互助模式在医学高校临床青年教师培训中应用的效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年9月于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院工作的72名临床青年教师为研究对象,通过随机数表法将教师分为两组,各36名。对照组采取传统模式培训,研究组采取教师同伴互助模式培训。比较两组教师培训前后考核成绩、培训满意度评分、培训效果评分。结果培训前两组考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);培训后,研究组各项考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组培训满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组培训效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医学高校青年教师培训中,同伴互助模式的应用能提升临床青年教师的专业能力与水平,获取教师对培训的较高满意度评价,具有显著的培训效果,可以加深教师对专业知识与技能的理解以及自学能力等。 Objective To analyze the effect of the application of peer assistance model in the training of young clinical teachers in medical colleges and universities.Methods A total of 72 young clinical teachers working in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from June 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.The teachers were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional mode of training,and the research group adopted the teacher's peer assistance mode of training.The assessment scores,training satisfaction scores and training effect scores of the two groups of teachers before and after training were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the examination results between the two groups before training(all P>0.05).After training,the examination scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of training in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The training effect score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the training of young teachers in medical colleges and universities,the application of peer assistance model can improve the professional ability and level of young clinical teachers,obtain high satisfaction evaluation from teachers,and has a significant training effect.It can deepen the teachers'understanding of professional knowledge and skills and self-learning ability.
