医养结合新探索:互联网医院+养老院服务模式

New Exploration of the Combination of Medical and Nursing Care:Internet Hospital+Nursing Home Service Model

利用互联网医院远程就诊、送药到家、线上开单、线下检查等优点,结合住养老人使用流程,创新性打造十大专属适老化服务,同时,互联网医院与养老院联袂提供全方位服务助力医养结合更紧密,构建“互联网医院+养老院”服务新模式,探索互联网医院在养老院的可持续应用,促进医养融合深度发展。经过2年多的实践,该模式已覆盖上海市全部16个区、70余家养老院,包括公建公营、公建民营、民建民营等多类型养老院。此模式有利于推动优质医疗资源下沉,化住养老人“数字鸿沟”为“数字红利”。

Using the advantages of Internet hospital remote treatment,medicine delivery home,online billing,offline inspection,and other advantages,combined with the use process of elderly residents,to create ten exclusive aging services.At the same time,the Internet hospital and the nursing home jointly provide a full range of services to help the combination of medical care more closely,build a new service model of“Internet hospital+nursing home”,explore the sustainable application of Internet hospital in the nursing home,and promote the in-depth development of medical care integration.After more than two years of practice,the model has covered all 16 districts in Shanghai,more than 70 nursing homes,including public construction and operation,public construction and private operation,private construction and operation and other types of nursing homes.This model is conducive to promoting the sinking of high-quality medical resources,turning the“digital divide”into a“digital dividend”for the elderly.
