医疗机构督办工作现状综述

Summary of Current Situation of Medical Institution Supervision

近年来随着医疗机构高质量发展进程加快,提升行政管理效率愈发重要,医疗机构的督办机制建设作为推动医院高效运营管理的重要抓手,得到了越来越多的重视。其是办公室的重要职能之一,是推动医院治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要途径,也是医院实现高质量发展的必然要求。本文通过文献调研和总结方法对我国医疗机构督办工作当前发展情况进行梳理,并提出要聚焦在提升领导力、开展精细化管理、信息化建设和管理机制的优化4个方面,为不断完善医院督办管理制度,优化督办流程,建立完善的督办运行机制提供参考依据,从而保障医院的高效可持续发展。

In recent years,with the acceleration of the high-quality development of medical institutions,it has become increasingly important to improve the efficiency of administrative management.As an important starting point for promoting efficient operation and management of hospitals,the construction of supervision mechanism of medical institutions has received more and more attention.It is one of the important functions of the office,an important way to promote the modernization of hospital governance capacity and governance system,and an inevitable requirement for hospitals to achieve high-quality development.Through literature research and summary methods,this paper sorted out the current development of the supervision of medical institutions in China,and put forward four aspects to focus on improving leadership,carrying out fine management,information construction and optimization of management mechanism.There provided a reference for constantly improving the hospital supervision management system,optimizing the supervision process and establishing a sound supervision operation mechanism,so as to ensure the efficient and sustainable development of the hospital.
