发动机衬层抛涂检测设备结构设计及控制系统开发

摘要 衬层作为发动机绝热层和燃料药柱间的过渡层,起着粘结隔热的作用,其成型质量直接决定发动机启动的安全性和可靠性,如何检测成型后衬层的完整性目前仍为发动机设计的难点之一。针对如何完成发动机衬层的全方位检测,设计了一套搭载工业相机来实现衬层表面图像完整性采集的抛涂完整性检测设备,并开发了一款实现设备自动运行的控制系统。重点介绍了衬层完整性检测设备的结构设计、前伸杆的挠度仿真、前伸杆挠度实验及理论计算、衬层检测工作流程、控制系统的硬件组成及软件设计、设备的运行测试实验。通过设计的检测设备及其控制程序实现了对衬层的自动化检测,极大地提高了检测工作的效率。实验验证表明,该设备工作稳定可靠,具有工程实用价值。 As the transition layer between the engine’s insulation layer and the fuel propellant column,the lining plays the role of bonding heat insulation,and its molding quality directly determines the safety and reliability of engine start-up.Currently,the testing of the integrity of molded lining is still one of the challenges in engine design.A set of coating integrity testing equipment equipped with an industrial camera is designed to achieve the comprehensive collection of the surface image integrity of the engine lining,and a control system is developed to enable the automatic operation of the equipment.The structural design of lining integrity testing equipment,the deflection simulation of the forestretch rod,the deflection experiment and theoretical calculation of the forestretch rod,the workflow of lining testing,the hardware composition and software design of the control system,and the operation test experiment of the equipment are emphatically introduced.Through the designed testing equipment and its control program,the automatic testing of lining is realized,which greatly improves the efficiency of testing.The experimental verification shows that the equipment works stably and reliably and has practical engineering value.
