摘要
为了探究1×××、3×××系铝合金铸轧带坯冷轧后的耐蚀性能,采用剥落腐蚀试验对H24态的5种铝合金的耐蚀性能进行了测试,并借助SEM、EDS、EWS对试样的微观腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物及金属基体的成分组成、腐蚀前后的重量进行了检测分析。结果表明:Fe、Cu元素降低试验铝合金的耐蚀性能,Mn、Mg元素提高试验合金的耐蚀性;合金的纯度越高,耐蚀性越好。
In order to investigate the corrosion resistance of 1 xxx and 3 xxx series alu-minum alloy casting and rolling billets after cold rolling,the corrosion resistance of five kinds of aluminum alloys in H24 temper were tested with exfoliation corrosion test,and SEM,EDS,and EWS were used to detect and analyze the corrosion morphologies,composition of corrosion products and metal matrix,and the weight before and after corrosion.The results show that the addition of Fe and Cu elements can reduce the corrosion resistance of the test aluminum alloys,while the addition of Mn and Mg can improve the corrosion resistance of the test aluminum alloys.The higher the purity of aluminum alloys,the better their corrosion resistance.
