养育倦怠与青少年问题行为:家庭功能与共同养育的作用

Parental Burnout and Adolescents'Problem Behavior:the Mediation of Family Function and the Moderation of Co-parenting

本研究旨在探讨父母养育倦怠与青少年内外化问题行为的关系及其作用机制,研究在三个时间点对364名初中生及其主要养育者进行数据收集。结果发现:(1)养育倦怠与家庭功能呈显著负相关,与青少年内外化问题行为呈显著正相关;(2)养育倦怠通过家庭功能的中介作用预测青少年的内外化问题行为;(3)共同养育能够调节养育倦怠与家庭功能的关系,即高共同养育能够缓冲养育倦怠对于家庭功能的负面影响。研究结果揭示了养育倦怠对青少年内外化问题行为的影响及作用机制,对预防父母养育倦怠和青少年问题行为具有启示作用。

The present study was aimed to examine the effects and underlying mechanism of parental burnout on adolescents'problem behavior,as well as the mediating role of family function and the moderating role of co-parenting.Data was collected from 364 junior high school students and their primary caregivers.The results showed that:(1)parental burnout showed negative associations with family function,and positive associations with problem behaviors;(2)Family function mediated the relationship between parental burnout and adolescents'problem behaviors;(3)Co-parenting moderated the relationship between parental burnout and family function,and the moderated mediation model was supported.The results revealed the mechanism of parental burnout on adolescents'problem behaviors and had important implications for prevention of parental burnout and adolescents'problem behaviors.
